Friday November 20 was my first concert experience ever. I am blessed by the fact that it was with my favorite band too.
FUCK YES.
Though now this sheltered suburban she has had a taste of euphoria, I am now in agony with the fact that it would be too selfish to buy tickets now and go to the Sunday showing. I have school the next day early and I'm sure my parents would rather not venture into that scary part of Hollywood again.
But this is only the beginning. It's one thing to idolize a band on the internet, but it all becomes overwhelming when they are right there in front of you (pointing, waving, signing your merch). Kaoru and Shinya were signing, and I was too scared and stunned to say anything but thank you. I wish I at least shook their hands and told Shinya I was glad I could see him and that Kaoru was really graceful. But my sister got a lot of Die during the concert. Holy hell she got him to do so much.
